Tips and Notes:

  • For better results, ensure the front and top air inlets are not obstructed.
  • Do not use the dehumidifier below 50ºF (minimum operating temperature).
  • We suggest replacing the HEPA filter every 6 months depending on usage.
  • Steps for cleaning the dehumidifier:
    • Turn off the dehumidifier and unplug the power cord.
    • Remove the water tank, and empty the water inside.
    • Mix half a cup of vinegar and 3 cups of water and let it sit in the water tank for 5 minutes.
    • Then use a soft damp cloth to wipe any dust on the unit.
    • After 5 minutes, empty the water tank, rinse it with water, dry it with a towel, then put it back into the chamber, and you're all set to use the dehumidifier again.

  • Can the purifier and dehumidifier be run simultaneously?

    Yes, the dehumidifier and purifier can run at the same time.

  • What's the dehumidifier operating temperatures?

    Temperature should be a minimum of 50ºF, and max of 122ºF.

  • How often should i replace the filter?

    It's recommended to replace the filter every 6 months or sooner depending on air quality and usage.

  • How do I reset the orange air filter light, after replacing the filter?

    When the "Air Purifier" light flashes orange, and you've changed the filter, press and hold the "Air Purifier" button for 7 seconds. The light should change back to solid green, indicating it's been reset.
