Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations if requested within 12 hours of purchase, and a full refund will be issued. For cancellations made after 12 hours, a 20% materials fee will apply due to the custom nature of our products. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please avoid sending your return directly to the manufacturer.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Upon receiving and confirming that the returned item meets our requirements, we will issue your refund within 2-7 business days. For assistance with returns, contact us at wigvista@hotmail.com.

Shipping Fees for Returns
Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs, including return shipping. No restocking fees are applied. If your original order shipped for free, return shipping costs will be shared based on our shipping expenses.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within the following days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after approval:

  1. First, check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing time may delay the refund.
  3. Contact your bank for further assistance.
